Chest Dip

This is a bodyweight exercise done on parallel bars. It mostly works your chest muscles, but it also uses your triceps and shoulders. You need strong upper body muscles and good control to do it.

How to Perform

  1. 1Hold your body up on the parallel bars with your arms straight and your body in a straight line.
  2. 2Bend your elbows to lower your body until your shoulders are lower than your elbows.
  3. 3Push yourself back up to the start by making your arms straight again.
  4. 4Do this again for as many times as you want.
