Dumbbell Push Press

This exercise works your shoulder muscles, arms, and core. You use a small bend in your knees to help push the weights up high. It is a fast movement that uses both strength and power.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand with your feet apart and hold a weight in each hand at your shoulders.
  2. 2Bend your knees just a little bit, then quickly stand up straight to push the weights up over your head.
  3. 3Straighten your arms fully at the top, then slowly bring the weights back down to your shoulders.
  4. 4Do this again for as many times as you need.
