Scissor jumps are a fast jumping exercise that gets your heart beating faster. You jump up and cross your legs over each other while in the air. This moves your body quickly and helps your legs get stronger.

How to Perform

  1. 1Stand up tall with your feet apart, about as wide as your shoulders.
  2. 2Jump up and cross your right leg in front of your left leg.
  3. 3Jump again and switch legs, so your left leg crosses in front of your right leg.
  4. 4Keep jumping and switching your legs back and forth as fast as you can.
  5. 5Do this as many times as you are supposed to.
